Though check-in was at 3 PM, I arrived at 1 PM and was allowed to wait in the lounge—and even use the sauna before checking in. My room on the 12th floor was the most basic club category, but it came with wine, cookies, and a welcome letter. The city view was open and pleasant. The sauna offered a panoramic view of Namsan, while the lounge faced City Hall.

Room amenities included refillable Balmain products, but toothbrushes and toothpaste needed to be brought along. Notably, dishes from the famous Chinese restaurant “Do Won” were available via room service.

The sauna, located in the annex (floors 16–18), featured hot, cold, steam, and infrared baths. It was clean, quiet, and luxurious—with massage chairs, newspapers, and even reading glasses available.
