What It Was Like Staying at Migliore Hotel Seoul Myeongdong

In the midst of the ongoing pandemic situation, my friends and I planned to celebrate the New Year and my birthday, and we found a cost-effective hotel in Seoul. As a result, we chose the Milliore Hotel Myeongdong, located right next to Myeongdong Station. This hotel was originally a Milliore shopping mall building that had been transformed into a hotel.

You can check into the hotel at the reception on the 3rd floor, and the lobby is spacious, allowing you to wait comfortably while waiting. One thing that caught my eye here was that there were a lot of coin lockers. It seemed to be installed because there are many people who are shopping in Myeongdong or proceeding with other travel schedules and leave their luggage.

The deluxe room we booked was tidy and had a reasonably spacious space. It was possible to accommodate up to three people with one double bed and one single bed, and it was also good for drinking alcohol in the hotel because there was a leisure space with a sofa.

The bathroom was also generally spacious, and there were shower curtains in the bathtub, so water could not go out during the shower. However, it was a pity that there was no conditioner in the amenities.

Another advantage of the Milliore Hotel Myeongdong is that you can see a decent night view if it is a high floor. During my stay at the Milliore Hotel Myeongdong, I was able to have a good time with my friends while enjoying the night view with a cake on the window.

The Milliore Hotel Myeongdong has two entrances, but it is said that the entrance on the downtown alley side closes in the evening, so it is better to use the main entrance on the big road side. This hotel is close to the subway station and is convenient to move around, and it is located in the city center, so it is good to order delivery food. For these reasons, I recommend the Milliore Hotel Myeongdong as a cost-effective staycation hotel in Seoul.
